Current COVID Guidelines

As we begin a new school year, Grenada School District's guidelines on COVID-19 are as follows:

• For now, facial coverings are optional for students and staff in the school buildings. 
   

• If a student or staff member tests positive for COVID, we ask that you stay home for 5 days or while severe symptoms persist. Contact your school for specific instructions.
   

• We will not accept home COVID test results. To determine COVID positivity, test results must be provided by a physician, clinic, or school nurse. 

 We will continue to monitor COVID case counts in Grenada County and review CDC guidelines.
