Welcome to the Grand Canyon Room of Balloon Quest!

This room holds many adventures and secrets. Can you find the hidden room? The number of fossils? Travel over the rope bridge and view the canyon below while learning about layers of earth, types of rocks, and the rock cycle.

Dioramas give a three-dimensional view of weathering, erosion, and deposition. A box of materials challenges the viewer to determine which common items are renewable or non-renewable.

After following clues and answering questions, participants will access virtual reality viewers from a trunk, climb into a raft, and experience a VR ride down the Colorado River.
